Interior Decorating Consulting + Styling
For those local to the Charlotte, North Carolina area, I offer in-home styling and interior decorating consulting. We will begin with a one-hour consultation in your home where we can take a look at the space as it is now and discuss your goals for the space. I can help you with layout, paint colors, and solving any problems you may have with functionality of the space. I can source items such as draperies, rugs, lighting, accent furniture, and accessories within your budget and style and offer you access to trade-only pieces. If you have a “design dilemma” or need some ideas for how to better layout your space or improve its function for your family, I will assist with that. I want you to love your home.
During your initial consultation, I will take photos and measurements of your space. You will receive a mood board, design rationale, and source list for all of my recommendations. You will provide feedback and I will tweak this until you feel that it is just right for your space and the function of your home. I will provide you with product links that you may purchase as your timeline and budget allows and can also procure furniture pieces and home accessories for you that are available to the trade only. In-person design packages include 4 hours of in-home installation and styling. This can be used to help you arrange furniture, hang curtains and art, style built-in shelves - whatever you need help with to bring the design to life within your home! Additional hours will be billed at a rate of $85/hour.
Blush Magnolia Interiors does not offer furniture storage or full-service design, however I do offer trade sourcing for wallpaper, lighting, smaller furniture pieces, and home accessories. The client is responsible for shipping fees and all furniture ordered through the design process will be shipped residential delivery.
1 room in-home design package: $850
2 rooms in- home design package: $1450
3 rooms in-home design package: $1950
*Design packages include 4 hours of in-home styling and consulting. Additional hours billed bi-weekly at a rate of $85/hour.
A La Carte Design Consulting
Are you local to the Charlotte area and wish you had a little professional assistance with your. next home project? This a la carte consulting service is for you! This service is perfect for the homeowner looking to make a small refresh on a space, preparing to purchase a few new pieces of furniture, needing to style bookshelves, facing a design dilemma where an aspect of their home just isn’t functioning as they would like, or who just needs some fresh ideas for their home. We will begin with a one hour consultation in your home where we can take a look at your space and you can share your goals for the space. I will provide a design rationale following our meeting with recommendations for the topics we discussed as well as links to recommended products for the space (approximately 2 hours of design time). You can take it from there or I can help with the installation and styling of the finishing touches as well.
$85/hour, 4 hour minimum.

Paint Color Consultation
Are you unsure how to narrow down paint color selection or wallpaper in your home? As a paint color consultant, I can help. We will discuss your vision for your space, assess current furniture and decor pieces, and I will make suggestions for paint colors. It is very important to sample paint colors in your space as paint colors “read” differently in different homes depending on the natural light of your home, other finishes such as cabinetry and flooring, and even the positioning of your house. I will help you narrow down paint colors to three potential selections. This package includes paint samples for my three final recommendations. You can view these samples in your home so that we can make a final selection that you will love in your space.
